13. Italian Dining and Preparations for Field

Yesterday evening Agnes, Carro and I went to the Nairobi City Garden Mall. We watched a movie called "Underwater" and had some great evening Italian dining. We ordered some wine and a Kenyan Tusker beer.

In the last few days we have been full busy with planning for the field trip next week. Carro will sample about 400 animals and I will attend work in the health care centre for screening patients against febrile disease. We head off tomorrow, and since our last visit to the field site (for checking it out) we are now prepared for a over 10h drive to eventually reach a location with no internet nor phone operator coverage.
