Today we moved from our first stay at the Edmore Residences - Riverside into a Bed and Breakfast in which we will stay for at least 9 days, but more about this in a later post. Yesterday we ordered our first food delivery with Uber Eats which worked great, and the food was super delicious, though very spicy. From the left you can see fried rice & eggs, in the middle there is honey marinated chilli pork and to the right we got some honey coated ribs.
After the meal we had to prepare some documents for the project over at ILRI, a task that required most of the afternoon. The private chef of the residence wondered if we wanted her to cook some local food for us on our last night, and of course we gladly accepted this!
It was only the two of us that would eat, but still the chef had bought enough food for an entire family. When we came out and saw how much food there was on the plates we were shocked 😆 "Eat up everything, there is also more on the stove" the chef said and laughed. We took some pictures together before she left us to our food-coma.
