Yes, as the title revealed it is time for us to move once again! After staying two nights at the Edmor Residences and nine nights at the Legacy Apartments we will try to stay for much longer this time around. We will be moving in with a Kenyan couple that seem super friendly, and it will be a real approach to getting to know true Kenyan living. We are very excited for this, and as a bonus the new place will be within walking distance from our work place at ILRI.
Because of the move we had to empty all of the fruit stock. The mango apple tasted pretty much exactly the same as mango, maybe a little bit of an citrus-like aftertaste, but it was really tasty.
We also had to do all of the laundry before moving. There is no washing machine, and neither will there be in the new place, so we spent the noon washing by hands until the knuckles bled. There was no place to hang them, an the roof top had no sun today, so we used the line for our mosquito net to construct our own primal laundry line. You take what you have!
